Requests and exceptions
Contact [email protected] with your purchase email, receipt reference, charge date and reason. Request a discretionary exception within 14 days of the charge. Requests are assessed individually; this window does not guarantee a refund or shorten statutory deadlines.
Report duplicate charges, missing paid access, persistent defects or a material mismatch with the description. We will investigate. You do not need to send your original text or report. An unexpected third-party detector score, completed task, unused access or forgotten cancellation alone does not establish a refund entitlement.
Cancellation and your rights
Cancel before the next renewal through your account or receipt link; support can help. Cancellation stops future renewals, preserves remaining paid access and does not itself refund a charge.
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal period, remain available. Using the service alone does not waive them; a waiver requires the legally required express consent and conditions. Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy take precedence over conflicting restrictions here.
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, within applicable processing and legal timeframes. Access attributable to a refunded purchase ends. The policy applicable when you purchased continues to govern that purchase.
